alright shroomery, im off to take a long hike in the woods and find a fabled hidden mini waterfall in central florida!


well i didnt find any waterfall.  BUT i did find an old isolated citrus grove!  it looks like a developer bought it  and started to build a developement or something, but ended up going bankrupt or something....... all thats in was the roads and a couple utility hookups, but its clearly been deserted for no less than a few years.  i hiked up to the entrance and it was all overgrown, a permanent fence was put up and i couldnt find anything to point towards who owned it or anything. 

so i brought like 30lbs of free citrus home, and there probably hundred-thousands of lbs left!  i saw roughly 4-5 different citrus growing.  one was a standard florida orange, one looked like a minature tangerine, grapefruit, what looked like a cross between a lemon and an orange and something else.  YUM.

I just lift weights... changing up the routine is key. Every few weeks I'll come up with a completely different plan.
Right now I'm doing 6 days a week but keeping the workouts very short and intense with very little rest in between sets. Leg work like squats, deadlifts, and other compound movements are key.

For my diet, I do a raw paleolithic diet. This means raw grass-fed meat, raw grass-fed fat, raw grass-fed organs, and some organic fruits and veggies, and a little raw honey. No grains or dairy or cooked food. For the last week though I've been experimenting with zero-carb, where I'm only eating meat, fat, organs, and spinach.
Kinda crazy I know, but I've never felt better.

Oh yeah, and no supplements. Real, raw food is supreme.

i certainly would be worried with garbage commercially farmed meat fed grains, corn, and other crap.

but not with 100% grass-fed. I've not gotten sick once (except the last time when I broke my diet... I ate pizza and threw up). I've even eaten "high meat" before, which is meat that is aerobically fermented (rotten). I made it from heart.

I've never seen gallbladder for sale.
Certain organs are not allowed by the FDA to be given back to the farmer from the slaughterhouse. Including brains, which sucks because I'd really love to get my hands on some.
In fact, the organs that I buy are labeled as "pet food" because that's the only way they're allowed to sell them.

I like all organs that I've tried, but I'd say my favorite overall is kidneys, specifically beef kidney.
However, bison tongue has the best flavor out of anything I've ever eaten.

Yea, I might eat the meat raw if I lived back when animals were hunted and ecosystems were untouched.  With the processing pretty much every animal goes through, cooking is a much better and safer option than raw.  Unless you live by a bunch of Amish or something and can get the meat a couple hours after the animal was slaughtered?
