Muscle strain - (shoulder) - help!

I've had a slight "pull" in my shoulder for a month, or perhaps more. It was more of an irritation than anything..

However.

This past weekend i slept hunched over in a bus, and then again in the terminal + later took a 2 day 1st aid course (lots of crouching and bending) - I am pretty wrecked when it comes to certain movements like;

-rolling over in bed.
-pushing or applying pressure.
-putting my arm over my head

But not only that - i experience pain in the same spot sometimes when muscles on the front of my body contract (abdominals + chest.)

Anyways, i am quite concerned - i am not *out of commission* but am planning on starting to work a VERY physical job this month...

What do i do?

Is this a muscle strain? What else could it be?

Lastly, i started jogging (today actually, but plan on doing it regularily) - very little than irritation, but -

Is this ok?
