I wonder if K has any uncommon gastrointestinal effects. OR if your K is cut with something else that would... laxative?

Well the two times this has happened were with K from two entirely different sources...
I've been doing a bit of searching and a lot of sites list abdominal pain as an "uncommon" side effect of Ketamine. Maybe I'm just one of the unlucky few

I know this is a really old thread but I just found some relevent information. According to here, it sounds like it could be bile duct inflammation. http://au.news.yahoo.com/a/-/world/5682281/asias-party-drug-ketamine-carries-incontinence-risk/
So I did a search on how to treat bile duct inflammation and found about this chinese herb "Li Dan Pian". I haven't tried it but I've had this pain also and was looking for a relief the next time it springs.

It is a common but unexplained phenomenon amongst ketamine abusers. I always thought it was Ulcers, but it went away when i stopped abusing.
Severe pain, like acid burning a whole out of your belly while a baby is kicking your from the inside, bubbles and bile spitting.
I can't really remember in detail these days, but i would always wake up in the middle of the night, sit on my knees, clutching my stomach, hunched over, spitting up, moaning and screaming, for about 5 hours. Sometimes i had fever symptoms.
I always assumed it was the bodies way of telling me to cut it out + other's who have experienced it, agrees.
I've yet to find a biological explanation though.

if you inject all of ur ketamine u bypass the liver, bypassing the k-pains

Had exactly the same problems from K a couple of times. Woke up at 10 am with severe pains...could do nothing except curl up on my bed. eventually the pains subsided a little so i went to the pharmacy to get pain killers. i told tyhe lady there about my pain and she gave some pills 'Buscopan stomach cramp pills'. If you can get some of these they are really great..2 of them and lots of paracetamol should pretty much get rid of the pain, although of course the best option is to quit with the K!

I was a chronic abuser and got severe k pains.
If you look up ketamine and my user name, you will find many threads about i've posted about it.
