seriously... if you're sitting at a computer you can probably get at least an inch of drop from your shoulders. which means that you had them raised at least an inch. why did you have them raised? no point. so drop em.

I, for one, say: Thank you! I was definitely holding my shoulders up a bit when you said that.

However, my computer chair doesn't have arm rests, and my computer desk is a shitty folding table, so I kinda have to hold my arms up... so my shoulders are already (by the time I wrote this much of the message!) kinda hunched up again.

I know, it's an endless battle. in this corner, Muscles, in this corner, Gravity. gravity is trying to get you down... literally.

however, if you can learn to sort of stack your body up, so that all the higher parts are resting squarely on the lower parts, you'll have to exert far less energy to keep upright. so I heard, anyways.
