That's from olympic lifts... cleans and snatch.
All we do is olympic lifts, squats, bench, russian twists, and toe risers/negatives
Then 2-3x10 of one of these series tues, thurs, and sat

It's a bit much to do JUST to get big and strong. The body building series is set up in a specific order to target certain areas of the body. Also there's a major physiological benefit from these workouts with increasing glycogen stores and testosterone pools.
If you're interested in "new feelings" then one week do Series A then the next do B... And if you think you're really special do C. Parameters are after ever 3rd set of anything take a 1min recovery, but no more than 30seconds rest inbetween 3sets/exercises.
The feeling will blow your mind or at least add to your list of newly felt feelings.

Crikey! Nice stats.
And no offense meant at all, man. That was more or less of a compliment. You kept saying there was so many temptations at work like pop and stuff. If you have been indulging, it's hard to tell.
Keep it up man, you're a beast
