Codeine + Diazepam

I heard Valium potentiates Opiates, So would 10 mg of Diazepam with 90 mg of codeine have a huge effect? Just wondering what experiences people have had with Diazepam and Codeine or other opiates.

I hear benzo's and opiates are bad to mix.

I dont know if it potentiates opiates at all but I love 10mg of valium with some poppy tea. Very nice.

low doses shouldn't be a problem unless you have trouble handeling opiates already. if not, go for it.
