put a piece of the cap the size of your thumbnail on top of sum herb, make sure the cap is ground to powder.

I have never heard of smoking them. Cant imagine that would work, after all the suggested dosage is 2-4 caps dry. That's a lot of smoking! Ill stick to eating them in a omelet, with cheese man, yeah cheese!!! Lots of Wisconsin cheddar cheese man.. And onion, and maybe some bell peppers, o-, o- and some black olives! Yeah!! BRB...
