Ok anyone put apollenex air purifier in ther glovebox i was thinking of puting one in my box but i dont know anything about it . is it better to use a computer fan and hepa filter?

screw it, you dont need an air filter at all...
just use a rubbermaid tub, cut some arm holes, stick some pvc connecters in there to attach the gloves to, buy some dishwashing gloves (like what dexter's mom wears) attach them to the pvc via duct tape... then lysol the fuck out of the inside of the box and the lid...... ta-daa!!! sterile environment....

just make sure you DONT try to flame sterlize the needle inside the box... you will catch youself on fire.... lysol is FLAMMABLE!!

theres no need for flame sterlization... everything inside the box is dead...

So your sayin i can do sterile work inside my rubbermaid with gloves in it with a small can of lnside as long as everything is pre sterilized before i goto work and put lid on and spray everything down and wait like 20 mins for lysol to settle before i start my agar work? Won't this kill the innoculat going to the agar???

If the gloves are attached to the arm holes outside air will be sucked in through cracks every time you reach around inside the box.
