You spray flammable lysol in the container, to sterilize the air. Then you light a lighter to flame sterilize a needle.

1 part bleach to 50 parts water is just as effective, and non-flamable.

Also Lysol is a surface sanitizer. It does very little to clean the air.

Oust is good for sanitizing the air, but is also flamable.

I think we all know that Lysol isn't needed for gloove boxes. A simple wipe down with a bleach solution or anti-soap is all you need. Flame on with no probs.

What about bleach and vinegar...
Thought that i read somewhere about wiping with bleach and then vinegar...(smell supposedly went away quickly)..

It was something like that, an alt. to lysol, read it awhile ago though

It is a most common practice to use some type of chemical, or air filter to clean the air inside of a glove box.

H202 and vinegar. 10 times more effective at killing harmful and fatal bacterias and molds, than any other industrial cleaner or bleach. That's according to the UV, University of Virginia. But you should use them separately and not combined. One after another. Oh, and thanks to Mycota for the discovery!

get a uv light and run it inside the glove box for 10 minutes or so before you open your print box heheh. UV kills everything, even spores so be careful.

wow is that completely true?
So if I place a uv light in a small room and let it run for like 5 hours, I would kill all or most of the contaminates in the room? To be honest that doesn't sound too fool proof to me but I have no info to back it. It is very interesting though.

Just a little up date my arm is still very red, some of the skin is almost black, let me tell you that smell of burnt hair is hard to get rid of. I finished my positive pressure box today, i can spray tons of Lysol in it with no explosive consequences!
