according to a friend there is a super potent strain of san pedro going around MOD EDIT: Source discussion NOT allowed in the garden.

I don't think they come out with new strains so probably guessing Trichocereus bridgesii commonly available.

Going around implies it's like a street drug, but based on general experience I'd have to say no.

i wouldn't be surprised if a vendor is touting their san pedro as "super san pedro" it is more than likely to be bullshit, infact it is bullshit.

i bought a trichocereus hybrid, juul's giant x pachanoi that was nicknamed "super san pedro" however this is more to do with it's prolific growth rate.

There is no superstrain of Trichocereus. Just the very same ancient ones.
