I love authentic Jamacian jerk anything.

Made with Scottish bell peppers.

My roomates ex was crazy, she would get 2 jars of maranara sauce, and blend about 10 habenaros into the sause and eat it on noodles.

The sauce went drom blood red to a almost florecent orange.

Really good, lots of flavor, but crazy hot.

She was too, hahaha.

yeah i fucks with the spicy spaghetti sauce

i recently made my own ravioli type things, but put cheese and powdered red pepper in

then spiced the sauce to all hell

so satisfying

I enjoy the spice intermingled with Asian dishes, especially Thai, Korean, and Chinese. 
My favorites from each culture would be as follows:
  • Thai - Beef Panang
    Coconut milk based curry with vegetables and beef, served over rice.




  • Korean - Daeji Bulgogi
    Finely sliced pork belly marinated in hot chili sauce and served on a sizzling
    cast iron skillet or Korean BBQ with sliced onions, served over rice.




  • Chinese - Ma-po Tofu
    Tofu cooked with a chili bean paste, fermented black beans, red chilis,
    stock, scallions, cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce and white pepper.

    This picture was taken in San Francisco at Spices! restaurant - go there and buy this if you get a chance!
    It is honestly one of the finest foods I've ever had the pleasure of eating... of course, I was pretty stoned at the time. :wink:

make some potato soup and put some Pri Pri Peppers in it. About 7-8 should do it.  They are tiny dried peppers.  Pretty spicy.  Might be hard to find though, my roommate brings them back from Portugual

Nothing like fresh made SPICY salsa.

My sister makes her own using all fresh tomatoes, onions, green/red/yellow bell pepers, jalapenos, chopped into chunks and one single habinero blended into a paste, seeds and all, and mixed into the salsa.

Im sure there's more to the recipe, but it is some AWESOME salsa.

this place called the banana leaf, a thai restaurant, is what got me addicted.  alot of the menu is spicy, so its dank.

    The best spicy food? Green chile, the epitome of awesomeness. My mexican shows big time when I eat because I loves me some green chile on everything. Also Indian food is good too, crazy taste they've got in Asia.

    green chile as in hatch chiles? are you from New Mex?

    they're religious about their green chiles in NM.
    i preferred the jalapeno, serrano, and tepin, as they pack more punch and have arguably more flavor
