myceli growth in jars under microscope....

I started 12 jars. It's my first time growing. It has been 4 days, and nothing. The jars are in the dark at 80 F. I mixed everything good, i sterilized good, i followed all the directions and used a pressure cooker. It is B+ variety. There are no signs of contams, but there are no signs of anything at all growing in there. I thought maybe there would be something to be seen using a 30x microscope and inspecting thru the side of the jar, nothing. Is mycili visable early at 30x magnification? Should I be alarmed yet at the lack of action at 4 days? My friend says no, but I keep hearing pps on here saying that in 3 or 4 days they see growth, and I don't even see growth with a microscope. Should I innoculate again with more spores? Thx for not flaming, I know I probably deserve it. lol

4 days is early.....give it more time.

Your not going to see spores at 30x .
Try 300x

If you can increase the temp to 84 degrees you will see growth faster.
