I already have a grow log in the log forum but I thought I'd share some pin porn in the cultivation forum :wink:

Looks like perlite in the casing layer gives some pretty good pinset :crazy2:

Got back from work, and am very pleased with the results! I'm sure pouring some water in there helped them a lot. Here are some quick pictures, I'll post the weight and some more pics later on.

Looks like you'll get a good flush there.  How deep is the perlite? One thing I do in my perlite tub is keep the tray off the perlite a bit by placing each tray on two small sections of large gauge pvc pipe. Good luck. :shineon: ~Pixie~

You mean the perlite in the FC? a couple of inches deep.
Works good enough with misting.

My FC isn't really high so the tray is actually a little buried into the perlite. The perlite under the tray is pretty useless anyway so I used it for the sides.

Picked some more on the sides and under but wouldn't bother taking a picture. Must be around 350g now.

The tray is all messed up! Dunked overnight and I'm about to patch the sides with some fresh casing material :wink:
