Hawk, I've always seen you as remaining "cool headed and professional" through all the crap you've been dealt from people on this board. Now it looks like you gave in and stooped to their level. Sorry to see...on the other hand great pictures! By the way is that 10 or 15 lbs. of DB? Was misting required after the first few flushes?

Ok. ok... I thought it was funny.
If you guys had to put up with the bullshit I do daily from these jealous punks you would eventually give some of these assholes back a taste of their own medicine as well.
Ok.. I'll keep my cool and just try and ignore them. But when jealous punks like Dystophian Burger just post spam pictures in my myco-porn threads because they cant grow like that... it really gets to me ya know.
Anyway, enough of the sillieness ... back to what is important :)
Tom... Eddie Walker got a kit the same time you did from the same batches of cambodian spores and his are doing fine.
(check out the cambodian thread you both posted in)
The cams do not do well in cold, its very likely your spore syringes got frozen during shipping and killed off the spores.
The cams dont survive freezes at all, they are heat loving strain.
Send me a PM with name/addy and I'll send you out some new ones from another strain and I'll talk to DB about sending you some new grain to start again.
We want you to be happy to :)
BTW, these pictures are from a 10lb kit. No misting was required.

Hey Ryche, off topic from the Thailand Lipa Yai's (which look great), I have a question. I ordered a kit a couple days ago, and I am wondering about the optimal yields- Are those for when you let the mushrooms grow out like the Thailand Lipa Yai's or when picked for optimum potency? I am planning on growing B+ in the kit, and I was just curious...thanks a bunch.

I dont see any difference in potency when they are this mature. If you let them go a few more days like this and they slowly start rotting off is when I feel they lose potency.
What I see is a difference in TASTE!. The spores on the caps and stems is what makes them taste bad in my opinion.The younger specimans are more complimenting to the taste buds.
Even with a spore business Clyde and I dont mean to let them get this mature for spore at times. So much to do, we just cant always get to them on time ya know.

I have nothing against someone making a USEFULL contribution to the cultivation of mushrooms. Look what psilocyber does for advanced cult, when I look back through his 'recent' posts I do not see him spamming product? He simply participates and interacts, thats it. I see him as the standard that sporepimps should be held to.
My beef with Ryche is not about slow shipping, contaminated syringes, overpriced animal shit, or any of the things that the masses seem to bitch about. Its spam.

If all anybody did was post text around here it would be rather boring.
I see workman posting pictures of new crops in the advanced section from time to time... do you call him a spammer to? I see other ppl posting picture of their success around here as well, I dont see you calling them spammers.
It appears you just enjoy TROLLING my threads.
People enjoying seeing mushrooms pictures and I have hundereds of them to post so I will keep posting them... get use to it and try enjoying it.
If you dont want to see them dont look.
Nobody is forcing you to look in my threads at pictures.
Personally I love seeing anybody post their pictures.... and ecourage everyone to due so.

The spores on the compost doesn't slow down the growth at all. In fact -Clyde- got 4 good flushes out of this one instead of the usual 3.
