Once it goes green, get rid of everything.

That was a lesson my cat learned today. No point trying to salvage anything. 2 days ago he spent 3 hours cleaning up the his enitire room from a couple contaminated casings, which apperantly he used some bad perlite in the terraium. He lost some cakes that day, but the others looked perfect, so after cleaning he put the good cakes in a freshly bleached and alcohol sprayed clean terraium. Cakes were fruiting fine, everything looked good, until tonight. All the cakes, 100% colonized mind you, had green. SonOfABitch he has to clean again.
Now he is paranoid as hell. He has some other casings he wants to get started, but is afraid of losing those too, as those are some pans that he worked hard to germinate.
So if anyone knows of a better way to clean everything other than using bleach and hot water, and mega doses of lysol, let me know so I can tell him.

alot of stuff like lysol will only kill the weaker germs, causing the chemical resistant ones to reproduce. I just vacume and run a small hepa
