I don't know why it took me this long to realize that cops...

Are totally above the law. Above and freaking beyond. They get away with whatever they want to and it pisses me off. The reason for this rant, is because cops in my town will speed everywhere at 75 mph everywhere they go. The speed limit is 35 on almost every street of my town, and if you go just 5 miles over it they will pull your ass over in a heartbeat.

They don't even have to be on duty, and you see them crusin down the street at 75 miles an hour past little kids on bikes. They are not even speeding because they are doing their jobs, it's totally fucked up. I followed one cop today to the supermarket, he had to of hit 65 at one point.

I can't even call their station to report them, because they don't give a fuck. I would most likley get in trouble if i tried. What is somthing i could do in this situation? They put kids in danger just to get to the supermarket faster, and im supposed to do nothing about it? I thought about putting up signs under every speed limit sign in town saying somthing like, "Cops to!" there really is nothing you can do is there?

Im not even going into some of the major illegal shit they do in this town. That would be a huge bitchfest.

that's not even half of it. if most cops stations are run like the ones in maryland most people couldn't even comprehend just how corrupt they truly are...this coming from someone raised by an undercover narcotics officer half their life.

Im going to start carrying my camera everywhere i go. Not only to document shit like that, but because i come across really neat things that would make great pictures.

Don't the dash cams record their speed and everything?  I mean the people at the station probably see it all the time as they review tapes, they probably honestly don't give a shit.  You'd have to take it to another level to really get anything done about it.

A friend of mine once had to spend a sober night in the drunk tank because his pulse was above resting rate when checked. These assholes are just trying to fill their quotas.

i know that alot of police departments are shitty and corrupt, but not all are like this.....and not all cops are bad.

Right.

  • They won't be there in time, they'll only get to write down your story.

  • If you have anything illegal in the house like pot, and it's out or they think they have a reason to search they will, and you'll end up in shit instead.



It's nice to have them there to call, just to feel safe, but any time I've ever needed to call them the situation was already over and their visit was pointless.

i found that people just want to bitch and complain and they will.......when they are there, you get remarks like If you have anything illegal in the house like pot, and it's out or they think they have a reason to search they will, and you'll end up in shit instead....and when they aren't there, They won't be there in time, they'll only get to write down your story.


people are never happy with anything especially when it pertains to criminal justice.

pigs don't do shit about people breaking in.  The security company called the cops whenever some people were breaking into my home and burglarizing me while away.  I also got the call from the security company AFTER they contacted police.  I drove home, i was about 9 miles away, took me 15 mins to get home.  After I got home, it took the officers another 30 minutes to get there.  So, 45 minute response to a burglary in process call...what a great service.

Next, I was driving down the road just the other day, and got a ticket for going 75 in a 65, when he pulled over the wrong person, it was the guy that passed me that was going fast...since he was passing me after all, but I tried to explain this, and still got a ticket.  Its nice that they have time to ticket people doing absolutely nothing wrong, but not enough to make it to a burglary in process call in a resonable time.  So yes, fuck the police, they are just power hungry pieces of shit that think they have some sort of power over other people, for the most part.  Their are some that are good people, but I would venture to say they are few and far between.  No offense to you, i know your trying to become a cop, but that is the truth of how shit is, whether you like it or not.
