fucking burglars...

so i was at my fathers today (i go every sunday).

over the past 5 months, my dad has been burglarized around 4 times. some of you may recall a previous post in which i called out an obvious suspect in my junkie cousin for stealing all his opioid medications.

first, all his percocet and xanax disappeared.
then, bags and bags of methadone, trazodone and his wallet disappeared.
last night, somebody stole all of his trazodone again. (a new prescription)

my dad lives in an apartment complex on a ground level. his windows were unknowingly open, so they could be opened from the outside.

my dad and i were watching quality television when we heard a noise from the bathroom. this wasn't new, because his apartment bathroom makes weird noises sometimes. a few moments later i heard a shampoo bottle drop from in there, and i went in and i put it back. he has a window with blinds in there right next to the shower, so i'm guessing somebody tried getting in but accidently pushed a shampoo bottle over, and then took off.

my mother stopped by about 5 minutes later, and she said that she saw a man peaking in through another window around the other side towards the living room, and that he was watching my father and i watching television. she said that as soon as she pulled up, he started walking away.

we were a little nervous when she told us. we found out that the windows were unlocked, so we started to lock them. during this, around 10 minutes later, i heard a few little tickling sounds from my fathers bedroom this time, and i went to the door and listened closer. the bastard was trying to get in through the bedroom! my mother went around to the side and she scared him away and he walked away like it was nothing. like an idiot, my mother didn't bother to follow him in any way, even though he was just walking and he was a good 20 yards away from her.

we called the cops and they came and searched for about 5 minutes and we think they left. my mother and i did rounds around the apartment complex ourselves looking for the suspect but our search came up with nothing. we didn't find any cops neither, so it just seemed like they did a half-ass job and then left. the bastard took off the screen of the window, but i'm guessing he won't be able to get in now that the window is locked.

i ended up calling 911 again asking for more dispatchers because their little search party was pathetic and i think i pissed them off. but oh well.

any experience with any of this? this still has me a little nervous because this is the first time something like this has happend to us, and my dad is waayyy too old and sick for this.


but, overall, people can really make me sick sometimes.

You should pull a Home Alone thing. Like he opens the window and a blowtorch fires into his face. Or he opens a door and an axe swings downwards to his face. Marbles are good too.

walked around very slow and suspiciously

anyway i don't think he can get in now, because the windows are actually locked. but i'm sure there are ways to get around that.

whats most frightening is the fact that he knew we were home when he decided to try the burglary.

i can't believe the bastards that live in this world. my dad is sick and he needs his medicine. he doesn't have much else anymore. this is just horrible that it has to happen to an innocent victim like this.

whoever is doing this, well, i hope they're forced to fuck their grandfather at gunpoint while the family dog licks his ass.

Don't worry about the cops' search, they probably have more important things to do.

When I got asked to search my car, and I refused, they immediatly called three more cars and a drug dog. So maybe there was a criminal like me in the area? (didn't find anything on me though...)

My friends apartment got burgled this weekend it sucked ass. My friend has a mail slot on her front door and we think they must have reached through the slot and unlocked the door (we were able to fit our hands in and unlock it after we thought of it). We were all out all day getting shit faced for the ohio state michigan game and I went to change my shirt when we got home and couldn't find my bag of clothes.

I just brushed it off cause I figured my friends room mate just cleaned up and moved it somewhere so I passed out for a couple hours and asked the room mate when she got home. She swears she didn't move it, so I told them they better check and see if any other shit is missing. The room mates laptop she just got last month was missing and my friend got like $300 in cash stolen it definitely put a damper on the celebration.

FUCKING BULLSHIT! There is now a mailbox outside and the mail slot now has razor blades in it until they get a new door. I pray they try and reach in again!

Anyway sorry to jack your thread but I am SO FUCKING PISSED about this.

Usually, even for criminals, that stepping out of what they are interested in doing is even something they wouldn't likely do. Rape is a HUGE step up from burglary. Especially when the burgles are happening to someone who is incapable of catching them.

Anyways, He is probably selling the pills. I guess there really is no way to get him. He tried to enter into the bathroom, next time I would suggest having a video camera filming the window. If that, have a full tub so that he can't get through the window. Only if your tub is near the window.

I'll try and think of some better ideas. Stealing from someone is one thing but to still from someone who couldn't defend themselves, well thats just grounds for anything. So I think you should feel obligated to own that nigger.

Yea it was just a minor inconvenience for me because I just lose some clothes and my toothbrush...They don't have insurance (the cash is lost either way) but the laptop is a total loss (like $2k) unless they can get it covered under their parents homeowners insurance which I don't think is going to happen. It really sucks.

When one of my friends house got robbed. They where at home, he called the cops. The cops said they can't do anything about it.So hangs up, and gets his gun and holds the four robbers at gun point. He called the cops again,saying he just shot all four. He said, there many cops showed up there in no time.The cops asked my friend, I thought you said you shot them. He said thought you couldn't do anything.

something like that just happened somewhere in the US

some old guy saw two thieves robbing his neighbors home so he calls the cops and tells them he has a shotgun and he's going to confront them

the cop warns him not to or he will be dead

then he says 'boom your dead' over the phone and shot the robbers dead

the law about the right to defend your own home is shady when it comes to a neighbors home so....


the stupid pigs will probably charge him for doing their jobs for them

the cop also said 'no property is worth killing people over'

hahahaha
