Same doc gave me Diazepam (at my request) over his recommendation of Trazodone... Then the Valium didn't cut it any more so I asked for Clon's,
but he wouldn't do it, so I got Traz.

No addiction, just use 'em to normalize my schedule.

None of those are good benzo's for sleep. Try some Triazolam , Nitrazepam or Temazepam.

Temazepam is the only thing that has been able to put me to sleep I have very poor sleep.

I take remeron these days. 60mg usually is enough to give me some good quality sleep. But as far as benzo's go, Temazepam is the only one that helps me sleep.

Lorazepam, Alprazolam, Clonazepam and Diazepam all give me a weird hyper energy. More so with Alprazolam, it's almost like I've taken an amphetamine with alcohol.

Energy + benzo's = really bad ideas with the stamina to actually carry them through.

I do bad shit on benzos sometimes. I have to lock shit up when I take them for fun which is why I don't really do it anymore. I especially don't drink with them I go fucking nuts.
