There's no excuse for this sort of stupidity. This is a classic "We all fucked up, now we're just gonna try and pretend like it didn't happen."

I remember back in the day HEADS ROLLED if this sort of shit happened. And I mean, come on, if the cops *suspected* there were weapons in the home, they could have set up a stakeout and confirmed it to be untrue, and nobody would have had to be shot at.

I understand that the SWAT officers were just doing their job, but man, somebody commanding them fucked up big time.

Well, the guy has an attorney, and will surely win, I don't know how they can't fully investigate why the hell they got the wrong house. Why does this happen so often? Is it that hard to GET THE RIGHT HOUSE when conducting a raid of this sort?

This poor guy probably thought it was gang bangers or home invaders, wouldn't you? He had every right to shoot back.

Can't the police at least take disciplinary action at the person who fucked up and told them the wrong house?

I know the officers where doing their job, and hell, they got shot back at, they might have thought they HAD the right house at that point.

This could have gone way worse, and someone needs to compensate this man for what happened, in punitive damages as well as damages to his home.

Wheres the accountability? Getting awards for not hurting the guy maybe should be in order for the SWAT just doing their job, but whoever orchestrated the raid should face charges or at the very least the city should compensate Khang for his losses, punitive as well as property damage.

This idiot Dolan better understand that OF COURSE they where shot at, I would have shot too, unless I realized it was police, then I would just think its another botched raid.

20 shots fired by the cops and no one even wounded... I really
doubt it, in the south our officers are more than capable of
killing the innocent civilians with just a couple of shots
