yes, thats the what over rides the Posse Comitatus Act, as for the Utah raid, it was certainly a police raid, the uniforms had no military patches or insignia
I had mentioned that there is a militarization of the police forces, look around
at all the cops now wearing BDUs as daily uniforms and at swat teams, many of
the police departments are also issuing SMGs as standard raid weapons

i went to a festival here in Maine a few years ago (Fudafest) and it got raided by a task force with full camo suits and assault rifles, along with a bus-load of cops. very unexpected.

I remember I was just walking around near the entrance, stoned and a little bored, and then I see this bus driving up the road with armed officers running along side of it - all these guys toting machine guns just start rushing out of nowhere and right passed me.

i heard they were looking for a large amount of drugs that the property owner was supposed to be in possession of. they didn't find any, so they just took all the festival's donation money and left.

sounds like a robery to me, had they found drugs in the owners posession it would have been a seizure

Words escape me........this is sickening, absolutey disgusting. Let's hope that ALL of those responsible pay, and that word gets out....on a national level. It's past time the blind Americans are forced to see what is being done to their brothers and sisters. Karma is a bitch, these pigs would do well to contemplate that.
