Biodiesel truck

I've come to a place in my life that requires me to finally break down and buy a vehicle.  I can delay no longer (I'm 23 and have never had a car) because I'm in need of the utility that a truck provides.

If I'm going to buy a truck, why not a diesel?  Is running a diesel engine on biodiesel as easy as buying a diesel truck and filling the tank with homemade biodiesel?  Are lots of people doing this? ie...will I be able to find restaraunts who will supply me with veggie oil?

There are kits you can find to make your own, I'm not sure how much they are but they take up a good bit of space. Vegetable oil should be abundant as long as you know who to ask for it.

And even if you run out of vegetable oil you can always use regular petrodiesel. In fact you can blend the two, if you like. Getting a diesel car is a very good idea.
