newbie - perlite humidification?

Would anyone here recommend perlite humidification as opposed to other humidification procceses? Does it actually result in more flushes? And if so is there a higher risk of contaminating the mycelium?

Yes, I would recommend perlite as an economical method of humidity control. Try the FAQ for more information.

Without a doubt, the cheapest and most dummy proof way to humidity.
