looks to me like substrate pressed too hard up against the jar so it hasnt colonized yet
just my opinion

hmmmm, i think that the top 2 are just water build up. it looks like little, brown wet blobs on top of the mycelium to me... (sorry the pics aren't great). i think the bottom pic might be a small contam though. can this be cut out??
