(+ hemp seeds)

Nuts in general, raisins, avacados are very filling. Dried apricots..

I'd recommend relaxation exercises and a low-glycemic diet to reduce excess abdominal fat.

that is VERY curious. i am going to look into this.

if you run a search of my recent posts in physical & mental well being - you'll find that my life is very stressful, between my schedule, and some anxiety that sprouted up a few months ago.

I've gotten it under control (physically), but im sure its having some effect
