I've had soybeans, mungbeans, and some others that I don't recall. Those were back in my "mad ass scientist" days and I was really lax on my sterile culture techniques and was only measuring growth rates so never transfered any experiments to the fruiting chambers.

Give me a bean list and I'll get you the nutrient content ratios.

I used soy flour mixed with flax seed meal in 6 half-pint jars and it bombed )never contamed, but never flourished). However, I have some potato flour sitting around that I have been wanting to experiment with. Actually, I have a bunch of stuff I've been wanting to try: Kamut flour, and a 10 Grain flour from Bob's Red Mill with is a blend of wheat,rye,triticale,oats,corn,barley,soy beans,brown rice,millet, and flax seeds.
Gee . . .any info would be GREAT Learner!

I'd be typing it by hand so doing 12 pages of ratio data would be kinda asking a lot :smile:
