mixed or canned... lol it dont matter to me... when i see some shrooms growing out of it i might stop lauging.... as for dinners ive had quite a few of those, but u r clever... just out of curiosity how the fuck are u gonna use it as a substrate when its like 50% liquid... why not try normal beans... why, because u dont got a fuckin clue.... post a pic with some shit growin out of your bean soup or gay sunflowers or whatever but dont just post crap because you think your smart... if bean soup was this amazing substrate in shure people would be using it as we speak but big suprise its not.....

I think we should calm down and little here, and most of all, maybe read the rules of the advancced cultivation forum before we post here.

i pull plenty of substrates ideas out of my ass, and alot of times i use ingreidents for no known reason, just to test things out... you know "learn." you should try it sometime, you might have great sucess.

"A human being is part of a whole, called by us the Universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings, as something separated from the rest--a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circles of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty."

Tripz is correct.

For the record (as there's a regional difference in understanding) the "soup mix" that spudamore is thinking about is found in Aussie supermarkets & health food shops. It's a combo of beans, pulse and lentils as well as other small seeds. Depends on what you buy. And no, it is not a liquid. You add that with water to a stock pot to make a soup along with bacon bones or whatever. Even I've looked at some of these mix-bags and given it some thought. What's $2 on a bag, if it fails it's worm food.

Spudamore, for easy results just buy a 10kg bag of millet, birdseed or a blend of seed at the pet store. Cheap and it works. But hey, give a soup-mix bag a run and post your results. Be a while before I get through the grain I have.

As a side note, one thing I do note a lot in the shroomery is that the US must have a helluva lot of processed foods in their supermarkets. It's not the case in Oz. It's natural. You don't need to find "organic". It isn't packed in artifical flavours, preservatives and a list of code number names that pimp the US FDA. So a "soup-mix" here is not what you think.
