Pressure cook it, it is chemically stable at Pressure cooker temps.

Depends on the amount,

A couple ounces in a small glass bottle,

15psi for 15 minutes

A pint or more, 30 minutes.

If you are sterilizing some other stuff that needs to go longer, put the glycerine in with it. It won't be harmed by longer pressure cooking.
