newbie mycobag/pf tek question

hey everyone, i got some mycobags and have been reading around this bbs for a little bit and realized i shouldnt have bothered with the bags and shouldve just tried pf tek... but for now, i have a few bags, ive had for 2 months, the 1/2 colonized then quit... i just i messed up and pretty much forgot about them, now they have been colonizing more and are pretty much at 100%. im not using any real stratagy here, i left them in a box in the closet for a month, now ive been letting them get some indirect sunlite everyday... is there anything i should do with them? being in the sealed bags, all i can find is info on jars and i dont know what i should be doing. im impressed they worked this much but im definately going to be buying some jars and doing this right next time. but for now does anyone have any advice for me? also, does anyone know a good starter tek for me? or should i jump right into following every last step of the pf tek?
any help appreciated... i thought i had a grasp on this til i read some of you guys posts and i realized theres a lot more to this then mystery substrate in a bag.
