PF Tek Question about Brown Rice

Ok, i got my spores today in the mail, and should be setting up my jars either tomorrow or the next day. first question... I got brown rice, it's whole rice. The forumla calls for Brown Rice Flower but i didn't find any. Can i use the whole rice as is, or do i need to grind it all up?

here is a pic of the rice, got at safeway for like, $1.69

Ive seen some people using it whole, but, Id have to say just go with grinding it up. CHeck some organic food stores or health food stores for brown rice FLOUR.

If ya got a Presure cooker, Id go ahead and start doing grains...they aren't as easy but do your reasearch and you[ll be fine

If I were you I would grind that all up but you can also buy BRF at any health food store that was the only place I could find it.

Just use it as is.
I`ve also been using a mixture of whole brown rice and vermiculite
works like a charm.
I`ve got some of my mostb potent shrooms from straight brown rice.
If you keep it loose it works real well.
