pf-tek questions

A friend's friend just started attempting to grow thailand k.s. cubensis shrooms using the pf-tek. He innoculated the three jars two and a half weeks ago. These jars are now about three quarters colonized but they have also developed water drops on the inside sides of the jars. Is this a problem? If so what should be done about it?

Also he just finished constructing a terrarium and was wondering how to utilize perlite for humidification. Also, is perlite humidification effective enough to keep pinning and pre-pinning cakes moist enough?

The water is normal, just be patient and let the jar colonize. If you notice it getting real wet on the bottom, lossen the lid a bit.
