blue oysters: how many flushes?

i had 3 wood chip blocks fully colonized with blue oysters, pining by thousands, when a sudden drop in temp and RH fuck all my work, causing abort of almost every pins and arresting development of fruits. i decide to restart from a quasi-zero state: crumble all three block and mix everything in the same plastic basket (all came from the same LC), cover with a plastic bag and now is re-colonizing.
the question is: how many flushes (if everything work OK) could produce blue oysters after the first flush? i know a grower whose logs are producing oysters for 2 years. I'm a candidate to that? :crazy:
