They should get a little bigger, but you don't want to wake up to a spore mess... They look small to me, but everyone has different results. At the first sign of spores, I would pick them immediately. Try to keep them in a whole cluster when you pick them, only cutting off the portion you intend to eat at a time.

Once this flush is done, dunk the thing and incubate in darkness. Try to keep the CO2 up during incubation (seal the hole or put it in a small sealed container). This will help build up nutrients for the 2nd flush (elevating carbon dioxide will prevent pins). Poke extra holes in the bag (if it is square, one hole on each side).

You could eat them now if you wanted, or wait and let them get a bit bigger...

HEHEHE a little salt, pepper, and real butter, saute'd over medium heat until Golden brown(well almost brown).

I honestly believe they were the best I have tasted!
Of course there was only enough to tease!

I did notice the young ones were alot tastier than the bigger ones in that flush, and the bigs one were just a little tough.I think I waited just a little too long to pic,but they great!
