I took a ferry from Helsinki to Tallin when I was 17, I got totally smashed on the ferry going over because of all the duty free booze, then got to spend one day there. Since I only had like 6 hours I couldn't explore it much but I went into this market and bough a rolling machine and 10 packs of rizlas for like $2 or something, they were selling boxes of 1000 packs for $40, i just didn't think I needed 50000 rolling papers lol.
