I know this kid that was in a parking lot and him and his group of friends allmost got hit by a car and one kid kicked the car then the other killed called her a dike. Now it just so happened that th lady was a lesbian. Now the kid that kicked the car got a small fine and the kid that yelled dike (just so happens he has a swastika tattoo also) got 2 to 4 years in prison for a hate crime.
now thats some bull shit

I thought I was allowed to hate whomever I choose in America. Don't I have that right? The right to choose what I like and or dislike? I'm not a racist person but isn't a human being entitled to the right to hate something if he dislikes it? Isn't that same person entitled to voice his opinion on that subject through the freedom of speech?

If someone who chooses to dislike drugs and hates those who use them calls a pot smoker a pothead as they drive by, is that a hate crime? Would that person go to prison for 2 to 4 years?

Because our government says that drugs are illegal. You're allowed to dislike drugs and hate drug users because the government does too.

So wait, I only have the right to make choices about what I like and dislike as long as it's in line with what our governing body says I can like?

factor in the cost of building the 'death house' for each death
row inmate, geriatric care alone for an inmate runs more than
the execution.

the state bares the cost of prosecution, they pick up the costs
of each appeal, they take the cost of the frivolous lawsuits and

free the non violent drug offenders and yuou dropped the
population to 1/4 of what it originally was

It happened to me once about 10 years ago.

I parked my wife's Acura on a side street and was putting money in the meter when two black dudes asked me for $5 bucks to park her car there. I asked them if they worked for the city? They replied "No". I said then why? They replied a "White Boy" like me would be wise to pay them "To keep an eye out" on this pretty car.

I paid them....



So did any brief thoughts of violence or retaliation enter your mind? I just couldnt do it. Id have to fight even if it meant my demise.
I guess it is a pride thing, or a common sense thing based off the fight or flight mechanism for some? But for me it would be impossible to swallow my pride.
I would have kicked ass took names and parked elseware. Or told them to wash my damn car and earn the damn 5 bucks the honest way. Their choice.

Dude i was pissed! I was already late meeting my wife and friends for dinner and now I'm being semi-robbed and called "White Boy" by some crack heads.

It had taken me about 10 minutes to find that spot and i did not want anything to happen to the new car.

AbsoFuckinglutely. 5 bucks is just a denomination. I am sure theyd steal 500 bucks too if you had it. I dont give a fug, it is the principalities involved.

If your big enough and bad enough then come get this 5 bucks like a man, is my theory behind it all. Even if it was a penny, why would I bow down and give in to another persons whims?

Those whims also being from a person who cant earn their own damn 5 bucks. They got to steal it, if they cant work for it they aint man enough to take it then anyway, they actually aint no man at all. If they whoop my ass and take it then I guess the are but that dont happen if you stand up for what you believe in.

maybe in the past, but in 2008 everthing from news shows to reality contest show, to espn is racialy integrated with a highly dissproportionate number of minority cast. Just like the corporate world. companies with an all white male staff at any level would be guilty of a crime. its sad and a furtherance of hatred.

:lol: Very lame comeback dude.  People with dark skin do enjoy things like the history channel, discovery, sci-fi, food network, spike, etc. 

There is no reason why somebody's skin color should dictate what entertains them on TV.  People of all color skin, eyes and hair enjoy jokes, mystery, news, fiction and the like.
