The Chakras are very interesting.
    #8098338 -

Ive been seeing some videos about this and i am so interested in the whole idea of the chakras the bride to evolve. Explaining what they are is rather difficult to put in words but to me its the building blocks of conscieceness. Put them all together and you get what you want, you. To me conscienceness is the awareness of creation. And if you master the awareness you can then create. In think this is a wonderful starting place to really realize there is truly more to life then just tv and sex. Yeaaaaaa

Humans have created novels, buildings, airplanes, paintings, sculptures, and burritos.

But I have a haunting suspicion that those sorts of creations are not what you meant....

How I look at chakras is every chakra is a close knit group of networked neurons of the peripheral nervous system using electrochemical signals. The central nervous system and the PNS is all networked together this is why meditating and doing yoga is so effective cause its so obvious when your in any asana and doing it right that the chakra exists and you can just focus on the chakra and keep focusing and stay in that posture for a whole hour. This all leads to postive changes in the brain and of course in awareness.

this is not completely false
i must say there are huge benefits from meditating:
specifically keeping still with the mind focussed
chakras come into play with that

the benefits have little to do with the explanations of auxilliary systems or pyramids or astrology.

they have a lot to do with liberating the psyche from being a totally automated social/sexual reaction complex.

meditating is a good habit to cultivate.

i don't think chakras a real. i think they're mental creations, somewhat useful as a meditation aid. you can anchor any concept you want to any part of the body you want, and you can create any system you want to sum up all the parts of a person.

an example, here is a "chakra" i have just invented this moment.

locomotion chakra - centered in the feet. this is the deepest level of a person because it symbolizes free will, if you're having trouble with social conditioning exercise and meditate on your feet. the left foot is for having things come to you, the right foot for you going to thing.

narcasism chakra - centered in the eyes. a person has the ability to describe the world however they want. this is the center of person power and gain. meditate by shifting the context of situations but changing how you perceive things. this chakra is important for taking care of your worldly needs and imposing your will on others.

destruction chakra - centered in the hands, all creation is a form of controlled destruction of things already in exsistence. carving destroys stone, music destroys silence, ect, ect. this is the chakra for shaping the physical world based on what you create with your narcasism chakra.

all together these chakra form the shape of the infinity star, you have to create a full figured star as a container to hold in more soul energy leaking from god.

blah blah blah

if you take the above as truth and meditate on it, you'll get just as much benefit as meditating on any other chakra system. if you want i'll even add health and mental health benefits to each one.

i encourage everyone to make their own chakra system.

They are real, trip and take some passion flower, you may not have the same experience but i saw them and felt them while doing this, not all seven but the root/sacral, solarplexus/heart and 3rd eye/crown, i've felt these 3 in groups of 3 not divided into 7.

Basically low mid and high.

While on the trip/passion flower my heart chakra was spurting out purple rays of some sort...

In Hues Qi Gong book he recommended, the guy sez that meditation without using the body increases tension. Something I had noticed.:rofl2: I think meditation is a bad idea for many people.
