my cakes(brv) were turning pink in spots, then totally pinkish then white. they did produce mushrooms (pesa) but the quality was horrible. i use a pressure cooker for 20-30 min. then dry with damp rid.i have never seen a cake turn pink.is it the type of mushroom that i am using that is turning the cake pink. before i used b+ syringes with no problem and they were really strong.are pesa weak shrooms. can you please let me know what might be going wrong.i bought the syringes from a dealer on the shroomery.
