Out of my 12 1/2 pint jars I only have 2 suspicions. One jar has a very very very light pink underneath the innoculation holes and smack in the middle of the jar. I innoculated on AUg 30 2002, so they are almost fully colononized. COuld this pink color be due to the thinness of the mycellium, so the white from that and the browness of the vermiculate makes a pinkish tint? BUT THESE PINK ARENT SPOTS.
