I think I may have a mild case of skeletal fluorosis

I've been reading up on fluoride lately.

According to scientific surveys, skeletal fluorosis in India and China occurs when the fluoride concentration in water exceeds 1 part per million (ppm), and has been found to occur in communities with only 0.7 parts per million.³

The Chinese government now considers any water supply containing over 1 ppm fluoride a risk for skeletal fluorosis.³

In the United States, an average of 1 ppm of fluoride is intentionally added to water supplies for water fluoridation. The Maximum Contaminant Level (as established by the US Environmental Protection Agency) is 4 ppm.⁴

For a really long time, now, I've had, like, achey bones. It's not that bad, thank god, but it may be a certain level of skeletal flurosis due to fluoride exposure over my lifetime (I'm 20). If fluoride is in fact as bad for the skeletal system as many sources say it is, then my guess is that lots of people experience the minor aches and pains I experience and just kinda tune them out.
