Yea that's an asshole thing to do.

You know what though, once I was walking by the liquor store and saw three kids just standing around. I knew what they wanted so I made eye contact with them and just walked up to them.

They asked me if I could buy them some beer I said sure. They gave me like $30. So instead of walking into the liquor store, I just turned down the street and walked home.

I felt bad after because you know, whats $30? Plus, I used to shoulder-tap when I was a kid too and never would have wanted someone to do that to me.

Karma is real though kids, Ive had it bite me in the ass more than once!!
