Who hates southerners?

No not mexicans you racist bastards. I want to know if anybody besides myself has a special disliking to southern states and people. If so tell why.

Personally I hate them, without going in to to much detail, is because almost everyone I've ever met from the south is IMO an idiot. Not to mention, there values, and a republican majority. And the laws in every southern state has fucked me in so many more ways then I can count.

I get a kick out of southerners personally, they're a hoot to get high and drunk with. I also appreciate the hospitality and legitimate moral fiber many of them possess. But when they get into my politics it's like a peanut butter allergy for me. I've gotten into more pointless political arguments with Pris in the Pub than I can count. And don't get me started on the rampant, violent homophobia and the carefree racism.

I think it's a matter of cultural exposure, and how many southerners really do live in a world entirely populated by WASPs and "other people."

As a southerner I can honestly say that it really depends on where you are in the south. Where I live it's not bad at all, the people are nice, mostly avoid political conversations, don't care who's gay, and are pretty cool. But just a little north of my area it becomes very different. The people turn into backwater hillbilly pig fuckers, who all think Obama is a terrorist sent here by Satan to turn God fearing men into gay Muslims. So it really just depends on where you are in the south.

2) I live in the South and there is a LOT of dumb and ugly MANY of us wish would go sterile and quit making more stupid, half-bred babies than mexicans and blacks
3) The "New South" is the better genetics and the "imports", slowly making a change for the better against heavy resistence
4) ALL the worst things people say are true in MOST places, but an ever increasing human population will one day bring back our economy with green and worthwhile things because most of you that come here come here FOR the nature
5) I call them "Hill N*gg*rs!" Boy! Does that one piss them off! :lol: I relish it rolling off my tongue...
6) Since I am from the country too, they know I'd be hard-on happy to stomp the shit out of them for glee, so they don't try to fuck with us like they do you
7) They have refused to evolve and adapt - that is no one else's fault, not even Jesus because they don't read his book.                 
8) There are still a lot of good people who don't act like that (it's all or nothing - like the other guy said, a lot of us don't care who's gay and they make neat shit and great restraunts with human food)
9) If you hate them so much, join the American movement to "move" them on and breed them out with acceptable quality human beings
10) We need people who can hold their own and play these scags easy to make them the ugly, stupid, unwanted minority.

OK? We are all Southerners and yeah, are carefree about a lot of stuff but we are not all fucktard inbreds and some of us put the fuck to them. So let it be, Amen.

Also - in the South we don't have to be politically correct. Fuck 'em. Who cares? "Wort nuttin' anyhoo?"

and being politically correct in our area isn't the same as in the North so it is even more insulting to some of us to pander to that weaker, stupider "needy" part of our society.
What I mean is, you may be desperate to be politically correct so you look good for your kind, but you wouldn't do it here because it makes you - all the things you hate.

I think that when you're interacting with people on a personal level it's important to put politics aside. They don't actually affect interpersonal relationships in the vast majority of cases, and there's no reason to let them come in the way of a friendship.

I'm as un-southern as they come but I know some chill-ass rednecks. I feel like the country would be a much better place both culturally and politically if more Yankees and Southerners were friends and saw past the political differences.

I'm from new york myself. But I really can't stand all the ignorance in the south, yes they are unkindly hospitable, but honestly, I don't think that makes up for there ignorance. And don't get me wrong, I've lived in texas, louisiana, arkansas, and now I'm here in south carolina. And I just hate the south even more. I don't care about football, I don't want to hang out on your lawn and drink from a keg of coors light, I don't want to discuss how obama is turning america into a socialist country. I mean fuck, can you not have a single intelligent thought in your simple brain? And I'm not talking about a backwoods hillbillys, I'm talking about the every day people are a bunch of dumbasses, who idolize the jock more then the scientist. There are very very few exceptions. I've met like one in a thousand, and that doesn't make my detest for this place any better really.
