2 cakes 2 pins? is this right?

2 of my cakes finally are pinning but there is only 1 pin on each cake, do they usually form all at the same time or is there time in between? Also i had them on the perlite till they started pinning then i but them back on the lids. I am thinking they might need some water, should i put them back on the perlite?

no they could take anywhere from 4 to 10even 12 days to get a good pinset on them just be paticent itll be worth it then after this first flush dunk them in a 1 to 100 bleach solution for 24 hrs works rezally good then 4-10 more days thell pin agin if they look like there really dry you can inject them with like 10ccs of water peroxied solution 100cc to a gallon of water hope that helps

No they never form all at the same time..there alwayz seems to be time in between. I have 5 fruits picked
and there seems to be new pins appearing from aother side...but u cant wait all the time til they mature to harvest them..
some need to be picked earlier than others, like when the veil breaks asap. The veil just formed one
morning and by the time i got home at night, the veil had broken and there was this black mark on my perlite!
But u will see some slight bruising to ur cake after u pick some shrooms off ya cake..dont worry about it though!
And even if there is no more than 2 pins from those 2 cakes after waiting another 4 dayz, if u dunk them ..u
will definitely get more than that on ya next flush.

dont let ur cakes rest on ya perlite...any pins that form from ya cakes will most likely come from under ur cake
and if it rest on perlite (which is very damp..at least it should be to maintain a high humidity) u could
be drowning ur pins. And pins dont wanna grow in a swamp environment. U cant really tell by
looking at a cake if it needs water, cus when i picked up my cake remove the fruits, they felt dam dry but yet i
still got me some yuMmIe fruits =D
If u think its dry and theres no pins, dunk that skank. Remember, dry virgins dont get u babies..but neither do wet ones....
soooo u gotta be juuuust right!!! LOL
