peat/verm and wait how much hydrated lime?

hey all, ive searched around and im not able to find what i was looking for, i need the advie of you gurus, now what i need to know what is the proper amount of hydrated lime needed to offset the ph of my 50/50 mix of peat and verm. i would apreciate a ratio amount or maybe a recipe for 2-3 casings would be nice. i am unable to buy a ph meter and wonder what you might recomend as a proper amount

crushed oyster shell is not available for me, ive checked all petstores around me with no luck, that is the reason why i posted this, i need a recipe with just peat/verm/ an hydrated lime

any advice is apreciated..

if you can do it today put it off till tommorow cause odds are it isnt really that important and probably doesnt even need to be done at all.
