Innoculating precautions- Too much?

Hey growers,
I am about to innoculate 12 PF jars with GT and PR spores. I have specially made my smallest bathroom into a sterile room. I have whiped all the walls(inculding the roof) and counter tops with a 1/2 bleach solution. I have removed everything that isn't tiles, walls or a light fixture. I have a fan that can suck out air from the top of the room, should i turn it on while innoculating? It pulls air out of the room.
Also i read on a commercial edible mushroom growing sight that 95% of contaminants come from people and their clothing. I am going to wear a medical grade face mask(thing that covers your nose and mouth) and gloves. I have a thin plastic poncho that i baught for fishing when it rains. It is made of only plastic and it has a hood. I would assume that would carry MUCH less contams than a normal shirt, right? Also the hood covering my hair would help too, right? What else can i do to make sure im as contam-free as possible? Am i being WAY too paranoyed?
Thanks Fd

This is how my pet turtle does innoculations. First, he turns off all fans and air conditioning/heat, then sprays down his area with lysol. Next, he wipes down the table he is using with 91% alcohol, wipes down the syringe and needle with an alcohol soaked rag or paper towel. Then he wipes down the jars with alcohol, and wipes the needle down every time it comes out of a jar. Leave the fan OFF, because it can suck contaminations in from other rooms in your abode. As far as the pancho goes, you can spray it with lysol if you are worried about it carrying contaminations. It is always better to be safe than sorry. Perhaps you are taking it a bit too far, but at least you understand the importance of being as sterile as possible.
