 need Chicken recipes...

I've got some boneless skinless chicken filets...I usually just put garlic salt on them and pepper and fry them basically. Anyone got any other good recipes. I know there is a good recipe with italian dressing. Anyone know this one or any other good ones?

From my experience the italian dressing recipe tastes great if you have a grill. I wouldn't recommend frying it but here's what you do: Most boneless chicken breasts come in a zip lock bag (if not get one) Pour one bottle of dressing in the bag, fill it with chicken breasts and zip it shut for 12 to 24 hours turning every so often...Toss on the grill and wammo good grub:)

Hey there Jrsxt! Fire up for some chilli-chicken burritos!
1) Chop an onion and fry in a pan with 1tsp of oil.
2) Chop the chicken into smallish chunks/strips.
3) When onion is starting to go clear, put chicken in.
4) Grind on 50/50 mix of black pepper and chilli flakes to taste.
5) Put in a dash of lemon/lime juice.
Now just chop up some capsicum and tomato and combine the lot in some burrito wraps with some grated cheese. If you like sauce with burritos, there is no harm in putting some on.

For chicken quesadillas:
-Cut up chicken breast and season with whatever (I use cumin, paprika, chili powder, and garlic powder)
-Fry chicken in oil
-Add chicken to flour tortilla with cheese
-Fry tortilla
Grilling/frying chicken with lemon pepper seasoning is good too.
Pitas are good:
-Cook chicken
-In a bowl/tupperwear, mix chicken with Romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, parmesean cheese, croutans, and pepper
-Spoon into pita bread
