indoor pepper grow - - setup and questions

ive been doing some research and I think (since my pepper plants are already pretty big) that I would want a HPS lighting setup to encourage fruiting to have as many peppers as possible.
bulbs: would two of these 70w hps bulbs be sufficient for a few good sized potted plants with reflectors setup? http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?action=productDetail&productId=76870-3-67445&lpage=none
*not sure, but since it says they're very efficient, would they be ~140 lumens per watt? that'd make it 19,600 lumens
I will be just watering the pots and will have a fan running to keep air moving around the leaves and so it wont get too hot(?)
-Thanks for any comments, and I'll make sure to update this with pictures when I get it set up! (this is only for the fall and winter)

From what I've heard any HPS under 200W gives of way to much heat in comparison to useful light.

I wouldn't use those, tinted glass does nothing for your plants except decrease the lught output. You should either get a 200W HID(or stronger) light or you should get some floros.
I would probably go with one 200W HPS if I where you.

i ended up buying a 400w high pressure sodium, but i think im just gonna get some flouros and take it back since I don't really need that much light for a few small plants

, you're approaching the problem the wrong way. If you've got more light than you need; GET MORE PLANTS!!!

I thing my grow-space will keep getting bigger and bigger. New cuttings and seedlings all the time and when they grow up I need more light, I get one more light and all of a sudden I have enough light for a bunch of cuttings and seedlings and so the circle continues.

you have a valid point... Im gonna go up to the specialty store tomorrow (they were closed today) and see if they have any ballasts for my 400w HPS bulb that aren't too terribly expensive. Then I can have the excuse for making a baller little cabinet with mylar on the walls and a fan and so on and such forth
-thanks for the tips so far guys!

good luck with your grow space. Any clue as to what to grow except for the pepper?

well im going to have a habanero plant, my Naga Jolokia chile plant, and whatever I feel the need to grow I guess. Any suggestions for plants that'd like an HPS? you think I could get a fruit tree to fruit when it's real small with the HPS and some hormones or something?
