If I say, I am weak and hurting, and you judge me for it...you are probably weak and hurting yourself and you despise yourself for your own weakness.  It's easier to see our own faults in others.

Does that mean that you just don't let anyone know how you are feeling and you just keep everything to yourself?

Or does it mean that you don't know what you feel, so you don't acknowledge it within yourself?

If you don't acknowledge your serious feelings like love, grief, pain, loneliness, frustration, are they even real?  Because if they are YOUR feelings, and you don't really feel them, it kind of cancels itself out? 

That doesn't seem right.
