do you have sleepytime music?

listening to music while sleeping isn't for everyone, but i enjoy it. for the past year or so, the two artists i listen to while going to bed are sufjan stevens (especially the seven swans album) and joanna newsom. i dig the music during the day too, but they're particularly soothing and i enjoy passing out with them playing in the background.
what are your own preferences for sleepytime music?

miles davis blue is pretty nice to sleep to. or nod out.
but if you want some really mellow, relaxing shit, listen to Brazzaville. the album, welcome to brazzaville.

I bought Miles Davis at the 63 Monterey Jazz Festival in Japan
that's pretty good
Also, Ken Peplowski Quintet is pretty good, as well

I LOVE to nap with really chill ambient electronic music playing in the background. It almost rocks me to sleep.
But if I'm going to sleep for the night, I can only put on nature sounds/new age type stuff. I would rather fall asleep watching a movie/TV.

I've been falling to sleep to music on and off again for many years.
Mostly its chill/ambient trance. A good album to fall asleep to years ago used to be Faithless - Sunday 8pm.
I'll upload a track or two...

I have this Shpongle - Remixes album that I found on the net somewhere that is great sleepytime music. Also, as mentioned, Miles Davis is good too, especially the Kind of Blue album.
Some more: Yonder - Mountain Tracks Vol. 2 Jerry Garcia & Dave Grisman stuff Modest Mouse

yeah, me either normally. i'll play something mellow to relax, but then i have to turn it off to actually sleep.
the whir of my computer is much more soothing to me than music. i love my computer so much.
/me snuggles her computer.
