 music downloading programs

what is a good, safe one to download? my cousin has ares, and i downloaded that but when i was tyring to install it there were errors saying something that it couldn't create a folder for foreign languages or something like that and i just hit ignore and it installed but wouldn't work. What are some good ones?

thanks, i downloaded it but when i try to install it, it says that there is an insufficient amount of space or something, i KNOW that there is enough space! i'm so mad.

haha, i wanted it in both forums for responses ASAP...well i fucked aroudn with my comp. installed soul seek, but accidently messed it up. And had to reinstall soulseek but it wouldn't work and i was messing around with files that needed to be removed but wouldn't. and i already forgot how i fixed it, and i just fixed it 2 minutes ago. but i spent like 45 minutes working on getting it to work! it's so relieving now that i got it done, but i really want a joint and a cigerette right now...i got the cigerette.

it is a weird program i must say...i can't find out how to view a list, within the program, of what i have downloaded...i dont really care though cause i can just go to the folder and get the tunes but yea, it's kind of weird. But all the reviews and everything say its no spy-ware and no ad-ware or whatever and that sounds good. But i fiannly got it working and thats all i care about right now.

You can also find a good bit of harder to find stuff on it, and at good bitrates also. I haven't ever looked back to any other filesharing thing...er well i use kazaa lite k++ for....special.....movies

Lately I've been listening to a lot of Venetian Snares, if you like the whole aphex twin/squarepusher style of music you should check out the song cashew by venetian snares. If that's not your bag, then the go-go's are always good! (i really mean that too, beauty and the beat is a great album)
