 Blue-Green Spot?

I just innoculated Thursday. Mycelium is starting to grow, but there are a couple of blue-green spots in the white. Is this contamination, or just possibly a bruise? THey were jostled around once or twice accidentally after innoculation.

Here?s pics. The blue spots were once white, But they are in a box and They?ve bumped the other jars next to them once or twice. What do you think?

This particular jar is the Free Florida Strain from TLG. It is BRF substrate. I ordered the pre-sterilized substrate jars with Micron Magick FIlter Discs from Micron Magick. They were in delivery for 4 days and when they got here, they were uncontaminated. I didnt lift the discs or anything, just innoculated through them and was very sterile. Used alchohol, Lysol, and h202 to sterilize the whole place before innoculating. (Even if it wasn't sterile, I was using MMFD's and the substrate should have been sterile to start with.) I really hope this isn't a contam. Could it be that I got them too hot for a short time? Like up to 94? The temp got really high before I changed from a 150 watt to a 40 watt bulb.

Probably a contaminated syringe or needle.
Did you heat the needle orange before each jar?

Damn. All of the ones like this are TLG's Free Florida Strain. The others are fine, and I did sterilize the needle every time. I saw a LOT of little black specks in the syringe. If you look in one of those pics, you can kinda see them toward the bottom of the jar. Do you think it could have been the spores that were already contaminated?

Not the spores themselves, but the syringe or the water, yes.
Hey, shit happens. TLG will send you another one, and you can make more jars or buy more from MM.

Now that I check them all, EVERY Florida has this mold. One of them is BAAAAD. Yet NONE of the 6 Creepers are moldy. Damn. The Florida were the ones starting to grow mycelium nicely. The Creepers have some showing, but not like the Floridas. It must have been the spore water. Boxtop, could I speak to you?

I lost the control #. Anyways, Boxtop is sending me out another syringe tomorrow. Once again, I'm very impressed with TLG, despite what I believe to be a less than perfect syringe. Boxtop offered to replace my syringe immediately after I asked to speak with him a few posts (20 min) ago. Once again, TLG's customer service is outstanding.
