It disappeared? Blue/green spots

There was a small area on the bottom of one of the grey squirrels jars that was uncolonized. two small blue/green spots appeared in this area (not in the whole area, but within it) aswell as one on the side of the jar. The squirrel took it out to the garage to get it away from the other jars.
Tonight the squirrel went out and looked at it. No sign of the spot on the side and the jar is 99.9% colonized, over where the spots were. Should the squirrel watch it for a few days, toss it, birth it in an isolated chronic-tek jar? dunk with h20/h202?
He also had a similar spot on a jar with only a few germination spots, this spot too, seems to be fading away, its definatly not as bright as it was. almost gone. Is it a trick? Any help would be appriciated by the grey squirrel.

Tell squirrel to cut infected cakes in half to check out the conditions on the inside, sometimes what squirrel sees on the outside is just the top of the iceberg. Tell squirrel to try casings in the mean time, he won't get disappointed.

Thanks, he will cut them in half once they are 100% for a few days.
He only has two pf jars left in the incubator, around 99% finished on the outside, he was thinking about mixing them with some organic compost.

Tell him not to mix the infected cake even if it looks alright. Tell him to make one casing with just that cake.

Ok! He is drying some organic compost right now.
What would a sort of wet looking very light blue tint be, on the bottom of a jar (that is upside down)?

"What would a sort of wet looking very light blue tint be, on the bottom of a jar (that is upside down)?" Bunjing jumping above a river while tripping, you could be wearing blue but it doesn't really matter. Otherwise, it could be bruising blue. Take care, sometimes our mind makes us see what we wanted to see and green sometimes look a bit blueish. MAIA

He will be careful, we both looked at it and it looks very light blue. Should he open it in a glove box when the time comes?

It would be better than having possible contam spores floating around. Don't forget to clean the glove box with some bleach outside your house.

Teh grey squirrel dug a hole 1 inch deeper than the cake, and put it in there. He isnt hoping for fruits, but the hole is under some bushes in an area he has noticed is usualy more humid.. It would be cool if he got some fruits from it. >I< was telling him about some of the posts here, of people who's foaf's and pets have done the same thing with some good results.
